First, back up the original file just in case
After you make the changes to the file you need to run /sbin/sysctl -p and sysctl -w net.ipv4.route.flush=1 to enable the changes without a reboot.



cp /etc/sysctl.conf /etc/sysctl.conf.bak
nano -w /etc/sysctl.conf

Now paste the following into the file, and save.
